Founded in 1999, Petrizzo Bond provides high quality, personalized business development, government relations and strategic communications consulting services. Early in its formation, T.J lead Petrizzo Bond with his leadership as a distinguished political advocate and lobbyist, leading the development and execution of national strategic campaigns to advance public policy objectives. Widely recognized for his political effectiveness, T.J. is also actively engaged in election campaigns across the nation and working in an advisory capacity to campaigns offering both financial and strategic counsel.
For 22 years in Washington, Petrizzo successfully created policies and managed Executive and Congressional branch action for his clients, including Vulcan Inc. (Paul G. Allen), Airborne Express, ARCH Venture Partners, American Health Insurance Plans, Charter Communications, CNL Financial Group, Inc., drugstore.com, DirecTV, News Corporation, Russell Investment Group, Seattle BioMed, Third Rock Ventures, The National Retail Federation (NRF) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce – Institute for Legal Reform.
Over time utilizing Petrizzo's business development counsel, clients have successfully expanded their market position through the combination of his skilled government relations and innovative business strategies. His strategic counsel is now offered to clients with an emphasis on health care, life sciences, telecommunications, technology, and real estate industries. Petrizzo Bond also specializes in working with early stage growth businesses to expand their market through both coordinated government relations and business development programs.
T.J.'s 11 years of Congressional service was culminated with his service as a Chief of Staff in the House Leadership for former Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn. His previous experience included serving as a legislative assistant to Senator Olympia Snowe (R), the staff liaison to the Committee on Ways and Means for former Congressman Rod Chandler (R), and as a legislative assistant to Congressman Craig James (R). A veteran Washington operative, T.J. has a skillful command of the inner workings of the Federal Government. Additionally, his 20 years of experience as a Washington D.C. advocate has shaped T.J.'s expertise on public policy.
T.J. received a B.A. in Politics from DeSales University in Pennsylvania and an M.A. in American Government from The American University in Washington, D.C. T.J. is married to Nicole Petrizzo, and they have four children, Francesca, Zachary, Nathaniel and Joshua.
